Why teams get stuck

AI should take work off your plate. Too often, it adds more.

Your team tries a few tools, gets mixed results, and goes back to the old way of working.

01

Everyone starts over

The useful prompt is buried in a chat no one can find.

02

It looks right—even when it is not

AI can sound sure of itself while giving you the wrong answer.

03

Nothing sticks

A few people get better. The rest of the team keeps doing things the old way.

Bring me one thing that takes too long

We’ll work on it together.

No long lecture. You show me how the job works today. We try AI on it, keep what helps, and cut what does not.

You leave with something your team can use, plus a clear point where a person checks the work.

What you get

Your team knows what to do next.

01

Team working sessions

Your team gets hands-on practice.

We use work they already know, so the lesson is easier to use after the session.

  • Sessions built around each role
  • Your own examples
  • Time to ask questions
  • Clear rules for safe use
02

Tools your team can reuse

The good work does not disappear in a chat.

I turn what works into a clear project your team can open and use again.

  • Step-by-step instructions
  • Your voice and customer notes
  • Prompts for the job
  • An easy handoff to the team
03

Help choosing and setting up tools

Use what helps. Skip what does not.

We pick the right tools for the job without adding more software than your team needs.

  • ChatGPT and Claude setup
  • Apollo and Sales Navigator
  • Research and outreach
  • Data cleanup and simple automation

We can build it together. I can hand it over or run it for you.

What this can look like

Useful tools your team can keep using.

You do not need all of these. Start with the one that saves the most time or solves the biggest headache.

Products + simple tools

When a prompt is not enough, I can build a simple tool that makes the process easier for your team.

What your team needs

Four skills that make AI useful.

01 · TASTE

Good judgment

Know what good work looks like so you can spot a weak answer.

02 · WORKFLOW

A clear process

Know where AI helps, where it slows people down, and where it does not belong.

03 · PROMPTING

Clear directions

Tell AI what you need in a way your team can use again.

04 · TOOL CHOICE

The right tools

Choose tools that are safe, useful, and a good fit for the job.

A simple way to start

Start small. Prove it. Keep it.

You do not need an AI plan before the first call. Bring one task that is slow, hard to repeat, or just not working.

Talk through a workflow
  1. 01

    Pick one task

Choose the thing that takes too long, gets done differently, or keeps getting stuck.

  2. 02

    Try it together

Use your work, check the answer, and fix what is off.

  3. 03

    Make it easy to repeat

Give the team the tool, the steps, and a clear place to check the work.

Jim Cusick

I can talk with the team, understand the work, and build with them.

I work where AI, sales, marketing, and day-to-day operations meet. I’ve led more than 300 AI and tech sessions. I’ve also helped more than 20 leadership teams. My job is to make AI useful for the person who has to use it on Monday.

I work fractionally with Intero and co-founded Anchor. I’m also a Christian, husband, father of two, and Formula 1 obsessive. My faith shapes how I work: people matter more than tools.

You probably already know where to start

What keeps taking too long?

Bring one task. We’ll talk through where AI can help, where it cannot, and what a better way could look like.
