About Me
I'm a husband, father to two young boys, and a Christian. Power Wheels, fishing, playgrounds, and hikes — is where we spend most of our time.
We are serious Formula 1 fans — Team McLaren over here. One of my sons told everyone he met that he was named Lando for 6 months.
The reason I love it: F1 is the pinnacle of technology, engineering, and business — combined with the sheer grit and skill of the driver.
That's the part that maps to my work. The technology amplifies the human — not the other way around. The right systems run well, by people who know what they're doing.

Automated Data Parser
Built an app that extracts data from sites that normally block scrapers and outputs it in a format usable downstream in tools like Apollo.
Fraud Detection
Architected a fraud detection model for healthcare recruiting — purpose-built for the patterns specific to the industry.
Strategy & Scoring
Per Diem Staffing Scoring
Built a scoring model processing thousands of data points to predict shift no-shows for per diem staffing. Used to focus winback efforts on dormant accounts.
Post-RIF Account Redistribution
Built a scoring model to redesign a compensation plan and redistribute accounts evenly and by best fit after a reduction in force. Saved dozens of hours of manual reassignment.
BD Prioritization Model
Built a scoring model for a company running on spreadsheets instead of a CRM. Factored in DSO, fit, success and win rates, and network signals to focus the BD team where the leverage actually was.
Clinical Trial Targeting
Built an automation that mines ClinicalTrials.gov, layers it against the client's panel strengths, and produces a ranked target list for BD. Replaced manual list-building with a continuous public-data pipeline.
Network Mapping
Created visibility into board members and key people across target accounts to support selling initiatives and uncover warm paths for senior BD members.
